30 Chapter 4 Upgrading and Adding Fax Channels, User Licenses, and Optional Components

Checking for Installed Components

The different types of RightFax servers are installed with different numbers of

licensed fax channels and users, and different optional components enabled.

Follow these steps to display a list of the fax channels, users, and components that

have been enabled on the server.

To check for installed components

1. Run Enterprise Fax Manager (see ”Using Enterprise Fax Manager” on

page 26) and select the server you want to check.

2. In the list of services in the lower-right pane, double-click RightFax Server

Module. The RightFax Server Configuration window opens.

3. Click the Feature Activation tab. The server type, number of licensed fax

channels and users, and enabled components are listed in the window on this

tab.
